  1. Terms and Conditions

    2. The client agrees to these terms and waives their own terms unless agreed in writing.
    3. Payments
    4. Invoices must be paid within 21 working days, unless stated otherwise.
    5. Late payments incur a 10% interest fee. Services may be suspended without notice.
    6. Payments overdue by 60 days may involve a debt recovery service, with legal costs payable by the client.
    7. Taxes
    8. Clients are responsible for any withholding taxes in their country.
    9. My Company must receive the full invoice amount, excluding local taxes.
    10. Product Delivery and Responsibility
    11. My Company provides organic products with a focus on quality. Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on availability.
    12. My Company is not liable for claims made against the client by end consumers.
    13. Claims
    14. Claims must be sent by registered mail within 8 days of delivery.
